How do I book?

Once you’ve completed the form and provided details about your wedding or event, we’ll send you a quote via email. To secure your date, we require a 30% deposit along with a signed copy of our terms and conditions. Once that’s done, your booking is officially locked in!

Do I need a stage or any specific equipment?

Not necessarily! We just need a small space and access to power. If your venue has its own sound system, we can work with that too.

Do you bring your equipment?

Absolutely! We’ll provide all professional sound equipment unless you’ve arranged for a VA company to handle the audio for your event. Additionally, we always bring a microphone for speeches with us.

Can we choose the songs?

For weddings, we can learn two songs for any key moments of your choice.

Do you take requests on the night?

If we know it, we’ll play it! If not, we’ll do our best to accommodate or find a similar vibe.

Do you provide music between sets?

Yes, we can play background music through our sound system when we’re on a break.

​

​

What happens if there's no power available for the ceremony?

If there is no power access at the ceremony, we will provide a battery-powered speaker. â€‹

How much notice do you need to learn my wedding songs?

We request a minimum of 4 weeks' notice to learn your songs, ensuring we have plenty of time to perfect them for your special day.​​

Do you travel?​

Absolutely! With Gloria's Italian roots, we’re receiving enquiries from Europe, so if your wedding is overseas, just let us know! For weddings in Perth, WA, we do charge an additional fee for locations that are more than a 30-minute drive away.

When should I book?

The earlier, the better, we are already booking out 2026 as the most popular dates (November – April) can get booked out 12-18 months in advance.
